Bettina Wright
Director of Human Resources
Bettina Wright is Director of Human Resources for Matrix Institute on Addictions.
Ms. Wright has worked at Matrix since 1995 and has been managing the Human Resources Department since 2003 . Ms. Wright manages all human resources functions including benefits administration, payroll, employee relations, employee orientation and related issues. She is also the in-house advisor on Matrix policies and procedures. She maintains current information on labor law and state and federal employment regulations.
Ms. Wright is a professional member of the Society For Human Resource Management (SHRM).
